Nasal obstruction is caused by an anatomical narrowing or blockage in the nasal airway that can hinder airflow and make it feel difficult to breathe through your nose and sleep through the night.

Dr. Edward T. Sall, MD, DDS, MBA

Currently, Dr. Sall is the CEO of Sleep Center of CNY and has been delivering Oral Appliance Therapy for 20 years to over 4,000 patients. His expertise in diagnosing and treating sleep apnea ensures that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs. In June 2018, Dr. Sall was named the Medical Director of ProSomnus Sleep Technologies, where he works to increase physician acceptance of Oral Appliance Therapy. Dr. Sall joined BetterNight in February 2020 as a sleep physician providing telemedicine consultations and holds medical licenses in 40 states.

After several visits to Scottsdale with friends, Dr. Sall fell in love with the area and has owned a home there since 2011. He will be permanently relocating to Scottsdale in 2024. His collaboration with Dr. Stacey Layman and Leisa Crawford, whom he first met over 10 years ago, was a natural fit. Dr. Sall’s training and expertise allow for the unique model of incorporating an Otolaryngologist and Sleep Physician within an established dental sleep medicine practice, providing the most thorough and comprehensive treatment for patients with snoring and sleep apnea.
